"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2013."

Ophelia just finished her homework and ready for bed, she is a bit of an night owl and sometimes struggle to fall a sleep when she is put to bed around 8pm.

Felix proudly brought his 'Black Bird' into school to show of, he made it with Alistair over the weekend and did the decoration him self. He even put a F for Felix on the wing.

Sunday activities

Making aeroplanes out of paper rolls and drawing pictures equals a perfect relaxed Sunday at home...

Felix with his trademark cheeky look, he is on this picture patiently waiting to be allowed a slice of cake.

Ophelia is once again in her PJ's and playing up to the camera.

Champagne, Cake & a new baby

Our good friends John & Emma came to show of their new arrival, baby Emily today.
Along came the  proudest big brother of all,  Charlie.
We enjoyed the afternoon with champagne, tea (served in my new lovely yellow teapot)  chocolate brownies,
banana muffins and scones served with thick dollop of clotted cream & jam.
What a nice way to celebrate the birth of a new baby x

Kay Bojesen

My old Kai Bojesen toys are in desperate need of a little TLC

The doll called 'Dukke Lise' and her twins were given to me as a baby,
the monkey I bought myself some years back.

Baby Shower & Cakes Galore

Back in November we held a 'Baby Shower' for my sister Mathilde who also lives in England, she lives in Crystal Palace (London) about an hour drive from us. Her baby girl is due any minute it's so exiting.

There were lot's of women, even more cake and a plenty of chatting that afternoon.

I donated just one cake, a strawberry vanilla ombre cake. Mathilde who is a master of cake baking delivered the rest apart from one amazing chocolate cake made by her boyfriend!

Jack Frost

One December morning we woke up to the most beautiful frosty weather. But by the time I dropped the kids off at school and parked the car the frost was giving in for the sunshine. Though I still managed to get some great pictures when I later went for a walk with Norman.
